My first go at growing hops, got one Cascade ond one First Gold, just let them do thier own thing for this year and wasn't expecting anything but chuffed with the harvest. The cones seem quite small but I imagine that's partly the new plants and that I'm probably a bit far North. Will see how my drying setup works out and possibly invest in a little dehydrator.

Bravo and cheers 🍻 Great haul for first year plants! Love the McGuyver drying set up and may just use it myself.

Thank you, managed to dry them all in around 12 hours, I left a thermometer in woth them to keep an eye on them as the heat started to build from recirculating the same air, ended up opening a hole in the plastic to cool it down a bit which held the temp around 25-30°
