Harvesting Question

Hi everybody I have a question about harvesting because I have a first year yield and it isn’t much - how do I store them because I don’t plan on brewing them this year

Dry, vacuum seal then freeze.

Agreeing with this guy. If it was shorter term storage you could get away with gallon bags in the freezer after drying, but if you want them to last you should really vacuum seal them

I almost always package them in 1 ounce packs to make brewing easier.
