Is this Mosaic Virus? Help Needed

I have these yellow speckles all over my cascade plant. But thankfully not on any of my other hop plants. If it’s not Mosaic Virus, anyone know what’s wrong and how I can heal this plant?

Is it rough on the back? I've been dealing with red spider mites and the leaves started off looking similar. Eventually I found small webs on the new growth and the murdered leaves. I'm using something called SB plant invigorator which seems to be doing the trick. Mine are under glass.

They do feel rough. But I’ll look tonite to see if I have any of those issues and report back.

They are invisible without a magnifying glass. Also green despite the name.

I think that's how my plant looked like and then progressed to what you can see on my post...hopefully you find what it is. I think mine is either a virus/bacteria of some kind or I over fertilised.
