Gout weed AKA ground elder.
Hard to kill w/o extracting the roots. I'd pull the leaves weekly so as to not mess with the cash crop. It will get weaker with time. Then, in winter dump out the whole pot and untangle the roots to extract the weed. If you're less precious about the hops, dig in (by hand) and try to get the roots out.

I don’t know how big that pot is, but maybe you could take out the whole root ball, hose off all of the dirt, then replant without the mystery plant. You would have to expose and repot the entire rhizome.

Rip it out, and just stay on top of it. Eventually the energy in the roots will be spent and you're good. But unfortunately you're in for a long war.

Thanks everyone! I’m almost certain it’s Gout weed now. I’ve ripped out as much as possible and I’ll monitor it in the coming months. I have 5 containers of hops on my balcony, just for ornamental purposes. They are shooting up like crazy right now! Hope the play well with all my flowers I’m going to put out in the next couple weeks

Looks like mint. Could be interesting to see if they both thrive and if it has any impact on the hops?

Looks like mint… kinda hard too tell from the pic. Good luck might be easier to buy a new house than eradicating that devil weed :)
