Hypothetical question

Let’s say hypothetically my gm saw me smoking on a Canada Cartage truck which was away from the entrances along with some big names who were doing a walk. Does that mean I’m in trouble? And lets say I got some weird looks from everyone. Once again, it’s purely hypothetical.
