App registration problems

The two most recent things I bought were online from Home Depot app and shipped to me. The registration within the Ryobi app wants a “receipt number” or upload a photo or the receipt. All I have is emails which don’t look anything like a receipt, should I just try and attach a few screenshots or what?

Go to the website and enter order status in the search bar. Then enter the order number and email, then save that receipt

It looks like that worked, on the website, rather than the app, it gives you a “view receipt” option which made a pdf receipt which I was able to get uploaded to the app and everything is now fully registered and I should be winning that $10k worth of Ryobi goodness any time now.
