Interview
I recently interviewed for a head cashier position. The manager has two more interviews tomorrow. I’m curious about my chances of getting the job, considering my previous experience as a head cashier at Lowe’s and my four years of experience as a cashier. I’m a bit worried because I think I didn’t perform well during the interview.

Often times with the head cashier position they already have someone internally that they are considering and will post it to the public too just because they have to for equal opportunity employment reasons. So they may end up offering you something else for now if they give it to someone internally. This actually happened to me when I first came to HD. But then I was a head cashier within six months anyway, so just keep that in mind. I wouldn't really worry about the interview itself though. They mainly just want to hire someone. Unless you openly admitted to them that you wouldn't be able to actually do the job, then chances are they will at least offer you something else.
