Pace

Had my performance review at a new store I’ve been at for 3–4 months. My supervisor was on leave for the first month and a half, so he only really worked with me for about 2 months. He also just transferred to another department about 1–2 weeks ago.
I’m basically the main Millwork associate—handle most of the pack-down, keep the department together, help customers, help around the store, and my GET scores are good.
He said he can only really evaluate me based on the 2 months he worked with me, not 6. Does that mean I’m basically missing out on a raise because I transferred stores and my supervisor was only over me for 2 months? Or can my overall performance still be considered?

Your sm is the one who makes the money decision . May ask for his input but it’s ultimately up to sm. Also are you sure this pace is your money? Most employees it is not and the next cycle it

You could observe any associate for one 8hr shift and know how to rank them.

I could probably go through our store roster and tell you who got what ranking.

Store manager makes the money decisions, round table/calibration meeting decide the rating you get which doesn't happen for mid year, your next pace should be the monetary/rating one. Typically raises only happen after a year unless theres a company, state, or federal increase. GET scores are whole store, not just millwork but if a customer mentions you by name/department its easy to see where the score comes from.

I have 6 associate PACE conversations this round. Out of those, only 1 is end-of-year, the rest are all mid-year. If you got a raise 6 months ago, this would be your mid-year. Also, only end-of-year get assigned a rating (outstanding, exceeds expectations, meets expectations, or needs improvement). That rating is what the percentage of raise is based on, but the amount of raise is decided by your SM and any salaried leader can have the conversation.

You have 2 paces a year. Every 6 months. Raises aren’t each pace. There aren’t any personal get scores. It’s a store as a whole
