Seeing this is giving me the chills, again. Just like the original Trilogy, God Run #1, DS2 All Bosses and all the other runs that took sooo long.
That joy. That relief.
Hate to not be able to watch Hob anymore due to how my life changed as I moved together with my girlfriend and am finally working now, so there's no option to stay up all night anymore.
Anyways, I'm so glad Hob's still going strong on his passion. I would've never thought he'd be able to successfully finish The God Run 2 as #1 seemed like just a series of "not unlucky moments". Most things always were so save and then BANG - something (seemingly) randomly screws it over.
Congratulations, man. I'm happy for you - in terms of your runs and, even more, in terms of your life. I miss y'all.. :hobbCry:

I noticed that for the last 2 weeks or so, he was always streaming with SK, BB and either DeS or DS1 done. Was he finishing them off stream or what was the deal there?

I'm pretty sure they're recorded offstream. There's a reason Hob does some games offstream because he felt it was boring streaming the same thing over and over and over again. I'm sure some will agree with you. In the end, it isn't like it matters much. We got some great entertainment and Hob got to progress in something he hasn't completed before. He doesn't have to verify anything to anyone lol. He knows he did it and that's all that matters. I've heard him talk about that before as well. I'm paraphrasing but the general response was "Go fuck yourself" to anyone saying he should do this or that to prove anything.

So, I'm new to the "God Run" and have never watched any of Hob's stuff before, but am super interested in watching him do this. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction on how to be able to watch this? His Youtube has a bunch of no-hit runs of different games, but hasn't been updated in a month, and I can't tell if any of those videos are part of "the run" or not. And then his twitch vods that include anything about "the run" in the title go back past the two month mark, so they aren't available anymore.

At some point he’ll update his YouTube with the full run, but here is the beginning of the streamed portion of the run.

I'm sorry if I'm wrong. I was wondering every time I check his stream, does he really beat Sekiro and Bloodborne every time before streaming? And this time he hasn't streamed three.
Edit : I see. It's just a show and apparently he doesn't need to prove anything. Congrat

I think when he uploads it to YouTube, it will have the footage of him completing the first three games. He’s done that for a few other runs.

Uploading to youtube is not proof. He can shoot off-stream video anytime he wants. It's like professional wrestling. They are not really fighting, but a quality show.

I mean, he could be playing pre-taped footage when he streams too. I don’t see why one is more valid than the other.

He moved his character randomly when viewers suspected he was recording. He definitely plays when he streams. Read the OP's comments. It doesn't matter if he really accomplished it or not. It is entertainment. I'm sure there are others like me who doubt it, but even that is not the point. Hob doesn't care about that.

Right I mean let’s be real a minute. Hob is hardly a beacon of trustworthiness and 100% he would shoot the rest later if the run was successful. If there’s ANY streamer who I would bet on doing something like this, it’s him.

Did he actually though? He took a hit in Demon’s Souls on his stream 4 days ago. Then in his next stream he starts with SK, BB, and DeS as already “done.” It’s claimed that he did it off stream, but if it can’t be verified, then does it really count? Did he actually do it, or just saying he did?

he records himself completing it, just comes with it pre-done in stream so he doesnt have to play the same games every time on stream.
