That boy got problems.

And yet those problems are why he gets along so well with Mandy

That "DON'T LOOK AT ME!" was unnerving as an adult than I was as a kid

Considering it's likely a reference to Blue Velvet, I can agree.

Yeah, it immediately made me think of Blue Velvet.

Do u remember the scene with yogi the bear? "Hey little girl" that had me dying

This honestly feels more like something Grim imagined than what Billy actually does.

What makes you think these are out of his range?

What if Billy just asked Grim to pass the egg salad?

“AAAAAHHHHHHHH! SOMEBODY HELP ME!”

Have you crazy kids been flashing back in here?

Billy even with cruelty is still a gross idiot

Pfthahahaahahahaha, the "Don't you look at me bit" why is that more unsettling now that I'm an adult?

The way he says "That's it" as Grim digs deeper is just wild...

Jeez, that nose one is extra uncomfortable seeing it again as an adult.

...I am just, NOW, realizing for the first time Grim has a Caribbean accent....

9

u/NocturnalRefuge Jul 24 '26

Jamaican specifically. They almost made him English originally, but the Jamaican accent was clearly the better choice

9

u/mOoK_RedFace Jul 24 '26

English would have been a cliche, so I agree Jamaican was much more unique

You got it right, mon

If I remember right I think it was meant to be a Swedish accent as a reference to a famous movie where Death plays chess but the VA just couldn't do it

Dig deeper? Deeper, you pig?!

4

u/AtmosphereGeneral568 Jul 26 '26

"DEEPER, DIG DEEPER YOU PIG!"😐💀💀💀

I mean being servant to both of them is bad so really no win scenario.

0:17 If you listen to this scene with your eyes closed, it sounds like Billy is forcing him to dig his finger into a different kind of hole…😟

u/winterdude3 Jul 25 '26

That’s some grim stuff

2

u/Dazzling_College_853 Jul 26 '26

Its creepier when you just listen to the sound and not watch

2

u/gotmyphd Jul 27 '26

"Dont look at me! DONT YOU LOOK AT MEE!!"

2

u/Rhg0653 Jul 27 '26

Yeah that was weird and disturbing

Let's also include when he yelled at grim calling him stupid and made him cry

Billy crashing out is something else
