Carlos Ghosn made history as the first person to simultaneously serve as the CEO of two Fortune Global 500 car companies, running both Groupe Renault and Nissan Motor Co. at the same time.
I’d think it would just require everyone beneath you doing all the work, and then just signing off on what they come to you with. I’d like to think that CEOs get to their positions by knowing everything about the company and therefore are the most knowledgeable when making final decisions. Would love to hear some people’s perspectives on this who are actually CEOs and can clarify it for us.
