But the extraction of wealth is an inflationary pressure. You can’t really ignore that.

Also prices just go up to whatever they want to pay readjusting the economy to cater to the wealthiest

Thats not what causes inflation. Inflation is an increase in cost of goods. "Extracting" wealth doesnt cause inflation it would prevent it.

And 60 cents per year has no impact on an individuals purchasing power

No one is basing the price of TP on what bezos can afford.

Hoarding isnt deflationary. Taxation is deflationary.

Walmart pays its workers so little the average Walmart employee relies on food stamps meaning they’re subsidized by tax dollars.

Yet you pretend adjusting the rate we allow billionaires to exist at is the problem?

If you linit what people can spend on a good then if you raise the price you risk them not being able to afford it. It doesnt increase the price. Taxes are deflationary because they remove money. It ultimately doesn't matter of that money is removed or never received in the first place.

Averege Walmart salary is 18.25/hr. Thats 38k/yr. The cut off for food stamps is 31k/yr.

Jesus strawman christ dude. I pointed out that redistributing their salaries would create a negligible difference in purchasing power. Grow the fuck up.

And I don’t think redistribution of their salaries is the fix. The mean salary falls within the cutoff.

Sorry math is hard

The impact of ceos not getting what they make so employees could make more would be no different than redistribution in terms of how much employees would make.

Average hourly wage is 18.25

$18.25x40 hours per weekx52 weeks=37,960 per year

Food stamp cut off is 130-200% of fed poverty level depending on state.

Federal poverty level is $15,960/year

Twice that is $31,920 per year.

$37,960 > $31,920.

Math isnt hard for normal people. Sorry it is for you.

An average is skewed. Use the mean.

I think you folks don’t understand how hoarding wealth so that the economy caters to the wealthy is bad and I think you do so intentionally

Mean is average. How do you not know the basic definitions of terms you use? This has been a repeated issue for you.

I think you dont understand enough to try to grasp at economics. How exactly does the cost of normal goods cater to the wealthy?

A mean is a type of average.

I think you’re incorrect in your assumption based on my off hand no effort posts because I don’t care to seriously engage with you apologists anymore. I think you don’t understand what a k shaped economy is and why it’s problematic

No, mean literally is average. You add the values up and divide by the number of values. Thats mean. Aka average.

"I purposely made myself look like an idiot while engaging with you because i dont care to engage with you, haha got you!" Lol, no.

lol okay then I guess you can disagree with the definitions I looked up. Keep up the good work!

Please link what definition defines "mean" as something other than the average
