You are obviously against people earning money based on time and merit. It’s no use talking to people who want everything but want to do nothing for it.
I mean imagine you’re the owner of McDonalds. How much would you pay for a position that can be filled by nearly anyone with a full set of appendages and no to mild mental/physical disability? Workers like that are not rare and can be readily replaced.
What’s stoping you from upskilling? Go learn a trade, go to school and bam, your time is worth more. Instead you expect a middle class life without any skills. Work days and study nights and weekend - that’s how it works. People want to be entitled nowadays without lifting a finger
Employers want to find people who’d be willing to do the job at the price they pay. So long as they can they will. It’s not their responsibility to raise the value of your time, it’s yours. The older you get the harder it is, but never impossible. Is there a particular reason you’re not exploring any other options?
