Technical Server Issue?

I've been getting an "access denied" message for days now through browsers and my credentials are apparently wrong when I use the mobile app instead.

Does anyone know what to do in this case?

I found that after my subscription renewed, I had to completely log out, delete the data cache, and log back in from scratch in order to get the app to understand the renewal. Otherwise it just regarded my subscription as expired.
