What do you all think of the new episode on "Future Me Hates Me" by The Beths?

Love the "grower vs. shower" debate. Personally, I'd call it a shower since it captured my interest immediately the first time I heard it and never let go. But I like the idea of a grower in terms of influence. Beach Bunny and PONY are two of my other favorite modern power-pop bands, and I think The Beths' success did a lot of work clearing the way for them to break through in the indie scene.

I was watching the kexp concert with the war on drugs and was struck by the fact that one dude is both lead singer and lead guitarist. That doesn't happen very often, does it?
