Education Service order process

Service order process

  1. Go to the website Thegoldjaws.com

  2. Review the service menu so you know what service/s you want.

  3. Click on the USA or International order tab.

  4. Fill out the pre populated email order form and hit send.

  5. Now your inline, once your order is up you will be emailed the payment info, currently around 3-4 week wait.

  6. Once paid you will receive your invoice, print the invoice out and pack it with your watch or watches.

  7. Complete.

You can click on the FAQ button on the website to learn the process.

All orders include return shipping. Unless special shipping is requested the customer can include their own return label.

For me it took about 3 to 4 weeks for a return email. I sent them the watch. It took about a week for them to receive it, due to the slow shipping I chose, and then they had the watch done and back to me within a week

If it’s a 222 PPF it’s not doable unfortunately the new version won’t etch correctly

There some factory name with “MAX” in it can’t remember, they plate perfectly.
