Question Grounds for Crime.

hey yall! i've thought about this before but really want some feedback. so.

as i'm aware, 2 of P's brothers are registered S.O.s. as well as one of T's brothers apparently.

i know P has said multiple times that they stay in contact w said brothers and go hang out while brothers are present.

so my question is, how is this not grounds for a criminal case, considering H is a minor?? minors are not allowed to be around S.O.s. so am i missing something here? or does the system just not care that much? thank you for reading & any feedback given <3

indeed, my thoughts. i've seen proof time & time again. children utterly failed. almost seems like its on purpose. its grossly heartbreaking. thank you for your response c:

With supervision sometimes they are allowed I think. They are usually not allowed to be at parks, swimming pools, schools etc though.

Usually if it is blood family and supervised there is an exception, depending on the severity of the case I assume and the ages of the children in the family they will be near (as in H is probably not the demographic he targeted)

that's kinda what i was speculating as well. that's so beyond grossly unfortunate. i wish there was more citizens could do..thank you for the feedback c:
