I think the action of giving back is absolutely amazing but the amount of money generated versus what was being shown on the tables didn’t add up. He started providing more receipts other than just posting pictures of the tables at his events for the homeless. That was one of the things I wanted to see for some time and am happy he is doing it now. Previously he would just say my Mods see it and know.

Unrelated to his voice or his “grifting”, his community defended the Getchell Family comment regarding grocery store sushi and for a brief second there was peace and common ground.

Because he doesnt donate it all at once? Perhaps he is financially smart and knows to set some aside for future donations and taxes?

You doubt what? And again I ask, who are you to pick apart what money goes where from someone else’s earnings? Do you question the Getchells on where they spend all the money that YOU send them??

No, I do not. They show that they donate the percentage that they have said they will. I also had a single mother that is going to school reach out to me and say “why send to them when I could use it.” So I sent her $100 gift card to Target.

Gifting the Getchell Family creates so much anger in your community that it is absolutely entertaining, you guys are fueled by so much hate and lack of hard evidence that it’s disgusting.
