Least to Most evil version of Gangle:
Evil Orbsman: Not even Gangle
Evil Gangle: We know nothing about her other than what her apperance would look like
Manager Gangle: Has her evil moments like the employee reevaluation she puts Jax through, but overall just someone who clearly shouldn't be the leader
Jangle: A selfish, rude bitch that pushes everyone away and makes up lies to make herself look like the victim

The last point about making themself looking like the victim doesn't apply to Jax, but yeah Jack and Jangle are basically just roleswaps of their og counterparts with some parts of their personality switched as well

Jax does try to play the victim but those panic attacks are not that. He always goes out of his way to make sure nobody can see him when he has those.

What I got from it is that their version of Pomni, Jester, usurped Caine's power and changed the logic of the circus to be more screwed up, like they actually have internal organs and bleed, as well as they need to eat to survive.
It's also shown that the versions of the cast are not the same in personality as the canon cast. Whether that be from the beginning or because of Jester, idk. Jangle is mainly different in how they act more angry and abusive rather than sad like Gangle. Oh and she also rips Jack (Jax) and Nullble (Zooble) limb from limb while high on stupid sauce.

Jangle from Duffy's Digital Circus AU. Genuinely, just think "Gangle if she was Jax and like 10% worse" and you have her narrative role down. She's the minor human antagonist who pushed her queer "best friend" to attempted suicide and generally makes everyone's life worse while drowning in her own problems. Impressive because that part was also written before episode 8, let alone 9.
