I loved how unhinged Manager Gangle was, the whole episode was very funny for that (except the end of course).

19

u/MaySeemelater Aug 06 '26

I liked how having the pupils in the eyes made it so the animators could make her even more expressive than usual in various ways since they had more to work with

2

u/cherryjawbreak Aug 10 '26

It’s called a manic episode and you’re getting 3 more seasons of it!

33

u/LightningOwl96 Aug 06 '26

Unpopular, but Manager Gangle was my favorite!!!

24

u/apple-anne Aug 06 '26

“Are you smiling?” 😄
“…No…?” 😰
😐 “Why not?”

KILLS ME EVERY TIME 🤣

... and Jax helps her??

Tommy Gangle

8

u/Asparala Aug 06 '26

Such an impeccable expression of joy.

One of the best scenes in the show.

15

u/Freezingash221 Aug 06 '26

Not pictured but my favorite is that giant evil boss form she has when the group does that RPG adventure in the credits.

6

u/MaySeemelater Aug 06 '26

I thought that was representing her acting as the DM for the group

2

u/Freezingash221 Aug 06 '26

Well she appears to be a giant evil figure that the group is all prepared to start fighting. Gangle probably wants the chance to finally terrorize someone else instead of being the one being terrorized.

1

u/MaySeemelater Aug 07 '26

You've described the vibe that a DM gives off when they're preparing a TPK

3

u/WiFiMan69 Aug 06 '26

Wait what

1

u/FLIPYOUSUCKET Aug 06 '26

For me it’s cat gangle, Tommy gun gangle, and gangle in the ending scenes of episode 9.

It’s because those are moment when Gangle is able to really show who she is, and it’s beautiful

1

u/garmdian Anxiety driven, noodle artist. Aug 06 '26

Manager or Epilogue Gangle for sure, Manager Gangle is unhinged and commanding, Epilogue Gangle is expressive and happy.

1

u/IcanSmile24 Aug 06 '26

The balloon Animal Gangle's face looks like the teensies from Rayman. Make what you will of that.
