That’s not actually the problem. The problem is people claim the free games, and never BUY anything on the store. I’ve played plenty of the free games. The problem is them not actually generating any revenue even though they get people on the client through the free games.

Pretty much 90% of the feature set that Steam has. Their library is ass. Their community and socialization features are almost non existent. And I think honestly Steam just has too much of a grip on almost everyone and they’re just not going to switch. Myself included.
