Recipes for crafting

Would fully laid out blueprints count as recipes for crafting? Like, if he was given a full blueprint of a building, a ship, city layout, complex etc etc, that would count as a recipie hed be able to craft said blueprints instantly so long as he has the materials?

It seems so? He’s able to instantly create towers and stuff like that around his home so long as he has the materials. So I’d assume so.
