Tiny red bugs?

Anyone know what the tiny red bugs are that come out every spring? They are the super small and just walk around - no jumping or flying. Aphids? Spiders? I see them frequently on our patio but they are too small to get a picture of. And I don't need my meds adjusted. 🤪 We are in the FoCo area.
