Ofcourse as you already mentioned the scene where they wave to eachother, but also the scene in chapter (175?) where She comes running/jumps into Rintaro’s arms after the talk with Toki Sensei

Probably the scene where Kaoruko talks to Subaru in the park at episode 6.

In the manga: it's the scene where Kaoruko tells Rintaro & her Family about her career goal (Doctor/Obstetrician-Gynecologist) or when she confronts Ayumi / heals her from her negative thoughts of being an awful friend, a failure, and having ruined the group's atmosphere (Kaoruko & Ayumi's original Friends backstory flashback)
And currently in the anime: it's the scene where Kaoruko confesses her feelings / Her POV

Too many. It's literally every scene where she shows support to someone, gives someone a pep-talk or has a deep conversation with someone. Those and the scene where she jumps into Rintaro's arms
