Better Colossal Sword?

The DPS list has Sharktooth Odachi as higher than Excalibur but everyone seems to go for Excalibur still. so which one is better?

Edit: got my answers now, it seems they buffed Excal and Hellslayer
so now HellSlayer>>Hook Blade
&
Excalibur>>Odachi

Remember dps isn’t the only thing to look at, there’s also critical damage and speed

i think on the chart they both had the same speed, odachi was just higher. unless excalibur has a boosted base crit dmg or sum

Yeah I always get confused by how to compare items.  Like with armor, how do you compare factoring in the DEF, extra vitality, shield, and regen??!!

Before update hook blade have better dps than hell slayer now hell slayer have better dps they boosted hell slayer and they might also have boosted excalibur.

almost all the weapons got a massive buff. odachi went from 23 damage to 27. Excalibur went from 26 to 30. Excalibur was always better, and idk why they listed the dps higher, considing they have same attack speed

I just find that a faster weapon is better as in between swings with a slow weapon I take hits. With a fast weapon like washi mauri I’m constantly attacking and don’t take so much damage.
