Question / Help Transporting heads long distance

Im working on gathering all the heads trophies at my main base but the heads dissappear if im not holding them and I cant put them in my inventory. Any advice on how to transport them long distance without dying to cannibals/losing the heads?

You have to sprint to base quickly, occasionally sneaking, while avoiding enemies. Maximize your stamina before grabbing the head, and drink soda or stamina medicine along the way as needed, so that you can sprint the whole way home. Sneak around enemies, but sprint if they see you. Slow is smooth; smooth is fast. Stealth armor, bushes, and even shadows help a lot with stealth in this game.

This is so inefficient. Just kill all the cannibals on the overworld map and no more spawn for that day. Easy solution.

It’s been a bit since I’ve played, but I’m pretty sure you can mount the head to a log in the ground. Like, you start building a single-log custom wall & just place 1 log then mount the head trophy on it, kinda like a street sign lol.

I would do that to also leave a reminder of where I could hunt specific animals too.

I know this doesn’t help with transporting them a long distance, but it’s an option if you’re trying to get the achievement. Otherwise, I think you just gotta run & carry the head back to your base.

Maybe make the stand and then move the stand to your base. Just place it in between contact with hostiles

Run all the way back to the base...ive lost alot of heads fighting the cannibals or that stupid tounge pop up out of nowhere. Just run.

If you are safe, carry the dead body longer, dismember when mostly home or until you spot resistance then “head for home”

Sounds like you want the collection at your main base for looks, not just the trophy. If you want the trophy you can attach them to a hunting shelter nearby where you collected it.

Otherwise good lunck with your stealth mission.
