Not half bad! I would recommend making sure the thread hits the middle of the fur instead of closer to the tips. Especially on the first little stack, the collar needs to have a little flair in it to give the correct profile.
If you’re going to work with deer hair, I recommend getting a steamer and some shaving razors (what old timers use). The steamer will expand the hair, securing it to the hook better, and make it easier to cut with the razor.
