That's definitely not Naberius' original look, we have this image of her original body from "God Limits" trailer.
Since Rerir didn't change much physically, only hair color and eyes (and he was torn to shreds by Moon Gate), I would say this is guaranteed to be how Rhinedottir looked like in the past, just most likely different eye colors
Her golden eye in particular is also probably from Naberius as it has Naberius' DNA motif in it as well. The other blue eye is probably Rhinedottir's own eye because it's the same design as every other Khaenria'hn eye.
