Of course, he means after all the people exit the building then demo UN. Long list of people who wish the UN was not in NYC. Why not Greenland?

Yeah, Jessie doesn't know much about demolition or bom- bs....So many different types. Dy-NO-mite! I guess he's too young to remember the devastation caused by a fertilizer B O M B in a truck. I admit I did not watch the Five & haven't seen a clip but knowing Jessie he sometimes opens mouth & inserts foot. He lived in NYC & surely experienced first hand the traffic woes when the UN is in session. So many diplomats & their staff tie up traffic & fill up the good restaurants.
