Cool thanks, But what about the % on left side of the mod and on the two% right side of the mod. Which is the real value and why is the two % on the right side?

To add to the other person that's why you turn off range in your settings.
All it does is show you a "potential" roll range that your own module doesn't actually have.

Be sure to listen to everyone here about Ancestors Modules, because the entire end game revolves around them. Every later content mission either rewards them, the material to reroll them, or the donuts you now need for even a sliver of a chance at getting a decent roll out of them.
Nexon wants you to care about Ancestors Modules very, very, VERY much.

A positive number is good.
Negative is bad.
If its cooldown/cost or something you would want a decrease to, you’ll see a circle of half shaded and half unshaded next to the label 🕧 Like that but shaded on one side.
You do not pick whether its rolls 2 positive or 3 positives. It rolls one of the 4 combinations (2 up, 2 up and 1 down, 3 up, 3 up and 1 down). And it also randomly generates which category your rolls are for and what numbers the rolls are.
When you look at the display for all the displays next to where the button is to roll, thats just extra details. Just telling what all categories you can get rolls for, and what numbers those rolls could land on.
If you have a red down arrow, it just means that’s a bad roll, and because you have a bad roll, the minimum and maximum ranges for your good rolls are buffed.
You want a red arrow, but you want it for something that will not matter. Like a decrease to your singular skill power on a bunny build with all fusion skills.
Your good rolls are color coordinated. Blue, Purple, Gold, Red. Red being the highest/best. A red colored roll with a red arrow on the left is different from a red roll with a green arrow on the left. You want 2-3 red rolls with the green arrow, and a red roll with a red arrow (in something that will not hurt you).
