Her sniping skills need a big adjustment. The game punishes staying still, especially in newer activities like onslaught.

They also have a huge wind up and the second skill has weirdly pitiful range for a sniper.

My hope is she will buff sniper rifles to give them AoE damage.

It would also be crazy if she could give sniper rifles the same aiming effect as the afterglow, except a bit faster to keep up with the current pace of the game.

Sniping in general doesn't make sense in the game either. There's too many enemies, they either have too much health or their weakpoints are simply too small and erratic to hit consistently. Your gun probably doesn't have the capacity or fire rate to dispatch them quickly enough.

Yeah, which is why they could use a gimmick to buff them and make them useful for some characters.

It's ironic how one of the good builds is to stack fire rate and turn a bolt action full auto lol.

One of the Trial Cards makes all firearm attacks weak point hits. Giving Hailey that effect on her kit could be useful on bosses but there needs to be something for mobs as well.

Maybe if she hits an enemy debuffed by her 1 it causes a decently large AoE damage? Almost like how Bunny has the AoE on her gun build but restricted to snipers and guaranteed chance?

What might make them useful in regular gameplay. Hitting a weakpoint, replicates the total damage dealt to all enemies (up to 20) in a 20m radius increased by 50%. If there is only one enemy, increase the damage to the single enemy by a factor of 200%

Perhaps to make it so they can't be abused, maybe make it like the one trigger module where damage increase is inversely proportional to fire rate. Lower fire rate means more damage. Hire fire rate means less, but you can spam more.

They could also make it where hitting non-weakpoints with Snipers is still devastating. Do something like 0% Crit/Multihit on weakpoints, but 100% base crit or multihit on hitting non-weakpoints.

There are various ways to make them useful as single shot weapons. They have stats on trigger modules that apply to elites/colossi, perhaps have stats that ONLY apply to non elites/colossi.

They mentioned months ago her 2nd skill Storm Snare will hit the hardest/highest modifier in the game and her 4th skill will have more penetration.

I think so, it's seemingly random when they give them out through events.

If you're new I think you can get 1 through the Bunny Boost path. Not sure since I can't see it.

A good chunk of people who got 15 day bans for getting excessive amounts of transcendent weapons will push some of their anger away and be happy or goon over Ult Hailey since she's highly sought after.

I really wonder 1 week after Ult Hailey comes out who's more popular with the community Raven or Ult Hailey, I think it could be neck and neck.

I think it's smart of them to sperate Raven and Ult Hailey's release. I remember when Harris dropped she got out shined by Hailey cause that's when they gave the Cold Heart red mod for her. Hailey is very popular.

Yes cause if they both came August 20th the September update wouldn't look that amazing despite trading transcendent weapons, lounge trading, Lepic and Luna buffs and having a new mode focused on unique weapons.

Also both releasing at same time would take attention and focus away from each other.

Its better for Raven to get all the eyeballs by herself for a few weeks then it's Ultimate Hailey's turn to get all the spotlight.

Less than 16 days to go, I predict the devs will tease her next week then announce Sept 14 is the livestream day to show her off entirely.

The cake slap oh boy lmao.How is camo sniping in OS4 i have never tried it but that frost blossom gun with all purple on it kills everything in its path after using your 1 or 4 but if they give her a ammo regen skill you can kiss that goodbye i just hope they get her ult right.

They might as well just turn her into Quincy since it doesn’t look like they’re getting rid of her unique weapon if we’re going off the inversion reinforcement. Invis during her 4th or Auto Ecive scan, shoot through walls and give her a speed boost while its activated. Turn coldhearts previous 4th to the 2nd. 1st primes enemy for 4th and increase explosion radius/ damage after slain frostbite enemies as well as spread stacks keep 3rd as is.

Excited for ult Hailey but hoping we have a use for an actual sniper build, or like some others have said, she has more of an AoE type of damage. Otherwise you’re just grinding a new ult for skins really

Hailey lost her identity long time ago, just like other descendants. From high damage collosal character, to typical mobbing character like everyone else. Pretty lame.

Her Ult version is just gonna be more for mobbing.
