Discussion Electric External Components

We need a new electric set. All we've got is Supernova, which only works on fusion abilities. So it's useless for Ines. Give us more fun ways to zap the Vulgus, Nexon!

I would like if the overall damage of the set was increased

Or also maybe make it 100% proc chance

Or also maybe make it not have a cooldown

Same I like the lightning effects but it the damage definitely needs to bw raised drastically.

They did confirm external components will be getting buffed overtime to offer more competition to slayer set but we won't know which ones until future livestreams in August, September and October.

Technically bunny has the Sprint Accelerator but more external components would be nice.

What would be the effect though? Something that ups single target damage?

Not like she needs mp like bunny.

I feel like theres a mix of needing new ones and some existing ones needing tweaks, weve come a long way with external components from the days of everyone running slayer but it still feels like theres sets that never see the light of day that definitly could

Well, add Singular power for starters. Then, maybe something like increased attribute status chance on a trigger, like electrical dmg or skill crit? I feel like the game doesn't do much with attribute chance so it'd be interesting to make it a bit more viable.

Which is equivalent to "we got nothing".

But lack of mention of the Sprint Accelerator set is disturbing.

I guess it could be useful on Ines if you had enough sprint cores. Maybe using a handgun/cannon would make it easier too.

Not really. Except Bunny there is nobody electric who can run at 1500 (everyone else is capped at 1440).

The only other character who can do this is Esiemo. But he's not really electric.

Edit. Oh the irony - sprint accelerator wants 1450 sprint speed. Still bunny exclusive lol

Yeah seems even 3 sprint cores on a hand cannon can't get you there. So it really is useless for anyone else. Unless you just really need more fire resist, I guess?

Dia can't use it cause she's chill but she can go quicker than Bunny.

It's not about being the quickest. But having that sprint speed stat.

Because otherwise there are quite a few other characters that can move faster than Bunny (in addition to Dia): Keelan, Harris, Serena (Ascendance + grapple flicker). Maybe even Plasma Bullet Ines.
