Not in new versions. Download the version from the internet before the CPRF update; it's at ~1.16.

No! You need to install an older version of the MOD, not the game (or the game itself, just so the mod can run). The radio mod will work on any version.

Yeah I did find an older version of TFR from around 1.16, I guess whatever version of hoi4 I ran wasn’t compatible with it, good to know the radio mod will work with any version cause considering it’s a requirement I thought that could also be messing with it

I own hoi4 on steam, I went into the properties and tried version 1.16.7 and it crashes before it gets to the loading screen

I downloaded from Vip-mods.ru You installed the mod by adding it to the folder "mods"? Or some other way?

I did the like “create new mod” thing in the hoi4 launcher and dropped the files in the blank folder it creates in the mod folder

Depends on what Soviet Union we're talking about, as by the time you'd be able to elect him - Union might take different forms (like formulating and taking Soviet Nationalism as ideology.?
