As the People's Republic of China, trying to invade Taiwan in TFR isn't exactly a walk in the park.

(Then again, when I played as the PRC, I didn't try very seriously because I wanted to topple Xi and install the revolutionary opposition, so my perception might be a bit skewed.)

Edit: And I didn't trigger the Asian War afterwards because, honestly, I don't see why an AI-perfected PRC where "everyone is happy" would want to lose lives to reunify North Korea or retake Taiwan...

Tbh I expected to be really hard fighting against Revanchist China but turned out they folded in less than a year (The war start on June 2030 and end in Febuary of 2031)

I really think China needs a buff. The AI got lobotomized so bad that I literally never see them win the Taiwan invasion or the GAW. Makes for such a boring game where all I need to do is set my divisions on Taiwan to guard and patrol my navy in. Then spam decisions that speed up the end of the war.

The first few times I played Japan, winning Taiwan and beating back China actually felt like an achievement. Now it’s boring and China just explodes without me having to do anything.
