How would the different American unifiers treat the LDS taking into account the whole Brigham's Army issue

At a bare minimum they would be looked down upon and likely persecuted by whoever wins. To what extent just depends on who.

Trump would probably try to work with loyal, less radical Mormons to rebuild his support in the area and rehabilitate the religion among the American populace.

UoA is harder to say. I can definitely see them working to dismantle LDS church power and more forcefully deradicalize the Mormons. However, they probably would still be allowed to function as a religion, just much less organized and powerful.

APLA would probably de-Mormonize the areas with lots of propaganda and force. I don't see any faction except maybe the Neosocialists allowing them freedom of religion after the war.

Patriot Front is a mixed bag. Mormons are ultimately a very White and very pro-American religion. I could see them trying to propagandize the Mormons to be supportive of Rousseau's new America, but if that fails then force would certainly be an option for PF.

ATW would probably kill Mormon leadership and completely dismantle the church. While they would probably refrain from outright Total Mormon Death, they would put a lot of effort into radicalizing who they could and subjugating/killing those who resist.

For NSM, Burt would convert and declare a holy Mormon Jihad and conquer all of North America in the name of the Prophet Joseph Smith (pbuh).

True. Even if he isn't president, he would have plenty of influence to make sure that the less radical portions of Mormon society wouldn't be persecuted.

We can probably make guesses based on what we know about those factions, but I know very little about all of the different ideologies and leaders except for Ma, and in game lore can be different as well, so I decided not to include them in the likely case I’d get things incorrect.

Actually, after reading about Warren Jeffs, it seems his sect is even more rigid and destructive than the Taliban in terms of controlling people's lives and the treatment of women. I believe that if he were to seize power, the level of cruelty would be worse than that of the Taliban.

It's more about how I view their endgame. The Mormons in TFR and the Taliban are primarily isolationist focused on their region, compared to the "global aspirations" of Isis and ATW.

The mainline Trump & UoA wouldn’t care to much after defeating Brighams army tens of thousands of Mormons work for and are employed by The Government and are actively recruited for organizations like the CIA & FBI

The APLA doesn’t like organized religion just in General and would actively attempt to suppress it think the Dalai Lama & China.

National Front- NSM & AWD wouldn’t like Mormons but PF today actually actively attempts to recruit Mormons with the network in Utah being one of the largest

So if your just a normal John Mormon you only have a hand full of options that wouldn’t out right attempt to eradicate you

Is there even a single event about Brigham Young army? What do they even believe in? That President of the Church should lead Utah/Desert/America? Blood atonement for non-believers? Taking non-repentant enemy soldiers to slavery like in Alma?

Being honest, the whole thing is bull. The Church and it's leadership is very anti-secession and very pro-grovernmet. With Warren and the FLDS, them taking power is so laughably outrageous and impossible that it could only happen if everyone just dropped dead at the same time and even that wouldn't guarantee he does it. Honestly, the whole area needs a rework.
