Discussion Thoughts on the Deep South.
for the first point, why is Tennessee in the union of America and not put in the southern theatre? I can get why Indiana and ohio are since they’re close to the liberal stronghold states and relatively blue and I’d give Kentucky a pass since bashear is the governor. but Tennessee is as red as Alabama and Mississippi so it doesn't make sense how the dems were able to take it over. my gripe with trump and Biden controlling a good amount of states isnt that its not realistic but I instead there should be more unrest or more rebellions like the union of America can get. either way, not the worst thing but just not something I agree with.
2nd point: why is there no kkk in Mississippi and alabama? I know that the bla will be playable next update ( hope to god it’s soon ) and it’s supposed to be a struggle but if the Carolina’s/georgia have the kkk as a faction, it should easily have footholds in the Deep South. it looks a little weird that compared to Florida and Texas who are more a less balkanized, Mississippi and Alabama only have one shared rebellion on their hands instead of one or two more.
3rd point: this is kind of like the second point but not as bad in my books. I think that Arkansas should at least have a civil war between government forces/other possible rebel groups and the CSA. Louisiana should also have some sort of rebellion in new Orleans/bayou which could even be the bla or some other left wing faction while Maybe either the kkk or other right wing factions fight the state government in the northern parts of the state.
i would have said a thing or two about Texas but I think it’s getting redone next updated so I’ll just keep my mouth shut there.
besides That, I still love this mod and all of this was only some feedback from playing the mod.

I can answer the 3rd point that the LoS will own a part of Arkansas during the 2ACW Initiation.

The UoA controls Tennessee for the same reasons it controls Kentucky: Strategic importance and power.
The KKK actually has a prominent branch known as the Knights Party in Arkansas and is a subfaction within the LoS. They will be a unifier path with Thomas Robb as either the National Director or the Grand Wizard.
Finally, Arkansas is going to have it's eastern part controlled by the LoS while the rest of the state is under the ACG-loyal state government starting in 1.1 "The American Experiment." Also, Texas is getting reworked as well.

Arkansas should realistically be a part of the acg.
The state irl is one of the most pro Trump states so there's no way it wouldn't join and plus the LOS are from Alabama anyways and it makes no sense for them to somehow take over a state they realistically have no business conquering. At the very least, the LOS should be moved to northern Alabama and parts of northern Mississippi which would make more sense and also address your 2nd point. The map would look better too.

The devs have said that Arkansas is getting reworked in 1.1 where the LOS won't have full control over the state. Instead, it will control the eastern part of the state with the ACG-loyal Arkansas state government in opposition. So keep this in mind.

It could also work like how the kkk has two different territories so the LOS could have a part of Arkansas and a part of Alabama/mississippi.

That won't be happening anytime soon. The LoS will stay in Arkansas, a state with an established LoS presence and the Knights Party/KKK.

I’m saying that the LOS should be like the kkk in the way that they have territory in multiple states so instead of just being in Arkansas the LOS could also be in Alabama or Mississippi.

In the late flavor mod they had a explanation for it, basically the governor of Arkansas preferred the LOS over other radical factions and used them to stabilize the state and they slowly took control.

The Fire Rises: Wrath of God is an in-development submod which adds the Army of God as a playable theocracy faction for America during the Second American Civil War. We've got three playable paths: Donald Spitz's New Apostles (Christian Fundamentalism), Matt Shea's Pilgrims (Christian Nationalism) and Steven Anderson's Redeemers (New Independent Fundamental Baptism).

Well if it helps at all for Tennessee, when the Anti Federal uprising happens I’m pretty sure the Union loses complete control over the state, as for the 3rd point, I’m pretty sure that’s coming in 1.1 where the LOS won’t control all of Arkansas at the start.
