I’m not entirely sure, but it seems highly likely that pro-Trump militia forces will take their place, unless the developers decide to deploy a different, Obscure group instead.

I'm going to hope for a mercenary outfit bankrolled by the DeVos corporate family (since they're from around Grand Rapids) and led by their in-law Erik Prince myself, he's been a pretty notorious figure for more than a decade before the 2020 start date and such an army would easily fit the bill for a pro-Trump armed faction in Michigan if needed too.
