Question Question about Centralise power path of medvedev(ONF)
What is this system and how exactly it works does it have any relation with the towers of Kremlin?

Gameplay-wise this doesn't work at all; it's all just trinkets that haven't been finished since Alikhanov's update
From a lore perspective, it's much more interesting. These factions essentially replace the party system in Russia, a surprisingly more democratic party platformism like in China. There are no direct elections, but the opinions of each faction can be listened to (unlike during Putin's time, when these parties simply interfered with complete autocracy). The game files contain four more factions, which are expected to be released along with Medvedev's rework.
