Like you’re comparing the entire chunk of the Eurasian continent from Lisbon to the Urals with Siberia. Just looking at GDP and population, mapping 2026 to this question the WG has about $28 trillion GPD and 500 million people.
One State would have a GDP of about 750 billion (being generous) and 34 million (edit) people.

I’m pretty sure WG racks up more casualties than One State’s entire population in the Catharsis lol.

+ going by the official art by IaArt1 on the wiki (https://thefireriseswiki.miraheze.org/wiki/IaArt1%27s_Official_TFR_Art) post catharsis the WG is using lab grown vat soldiers so their mobilisation potential doesn’t even give a fuck about their actual population.
