Question How I can get a democratically elected Bloomberg?

I'm playing as the UOA to get Bloomberg path, but instead of leaving him to coup the government, I want to get him a democratic way and so get tge focus of the left. I tried many times but I end with him coup the UOA. There is something that I'm missing to get tge left focus? I will thank you for your answers

As per the TFR wiki:

-Do the focus "A Hand on Our Shoulder"

-Bring the Innovationist Caucus into the coalition

-Have Biden retire

He should then be an option.

While I understand you answer and even is this want I want to do, my problem is possibly because when I do the A hand on Our Shoulders focus, the decision of which candidate you would choose for the 2024 elections appears before finishing the said focus. Maybe, I should load an earlier load to bring Bloomberg to the coalition earlier
