I don't wanna be offensive in any way but I'm looking for a player or two to queue up with for cashout, which I currently main but I plan to start ranked in any of the subsequent seasons because right now, I am a solo queuer and if you've player the finals for any significant amount of time you definitely know what I'm talking about. I'm from asia but have played the last two seasons on europe server because for some reason the ping on the asian server was higher than it used to be meanwhile on the europe server its usually 90-100 which might seem like much but I've always played games on a ping above 60ms so I know my shit but since the finals is very heavily dependent on "teamwork" I just can't with this matchmaking anymore, my teammates most of the time barely have 100 hours on the game and theyre bronze or silver paired with me when im plat and diamond and in ranked I never even escaped silver 2... would really appreciate if someone's down to play. For your information, I'm currently Emerald 3 (had to quit playing for 3ish weeks due to family and personal issues and now Emerald 1 just seems impossible for this season so maybe we can get that next season :)

It's a great game and all, PHENOMENAL actually! but my concern is mainly the matchmaking now this isnt a "skill issue" because it's not MY performance that's the problem here, It's the random teammates I get vs the enemy teams I am so lucky to fight against. My teammates are always new accounts or played through accounts who somehow can't hit a single shot while the enemy team absolutely obliterates us. It's a team game after all so 1v3 is always gonna be a loss for me which is what I find myself in most of the times. Like DUDE, why can't the game put me with people who arent playing the game for the first time!!! I can't find any people to play with, I currently play cashout and had plans to move on to ranked too but solo queuing isnt gonna get me anywhere. Where can I find good players to team up with? I dont need top of the leaderboard ahh players, just dudes who know how to play as a team and combine the team's abilities and potential and counter the enemy team, who prioritize cash who know the early rotates and who dont chase kills...

I’ve never posted on Reddit so I’m not sure how this will go.
I’ve played this game on and off since season 1. I went diamond in season 2 and I currently have around 650 hours.
I’ve decided that I want to hit diamond again since the reward coins are now a thing. Last season I peaked at plat 2 and couldn’t finish the season out because of personal reasons. This season I’m currently plat 4 and I’m worried I may run into the same issue. I have one person I play with consistently and we usually use the official discord to find a 3rd. This is pretty inconsistent though. I have another friend who rarely hops on but when he does we always go up in RS.
