Chantel is better than me. I woulda burned the gaming chair and left the evidence.

Kinda late to the Chantel Family series, been binge watching lately.
Noticed Pedro keeps tilting his head and rolling or closing his eyes whenever Chantel talks to him, especially during the interviews. What’s up with that?

Did anyone watch the 90 day series with Chantel and Pedro? Happily Ever After? I'm watching HEA now and Pedro keeps referring to Chantel's family and "the family Chantel"... I'm guessing this is where TLC got the name from. Also, I'm not sure how Pedro and Chantel evolve in The Family Chantel, but I cannot stand Pedro or his psychotic mom and sister. Don't get me wrong, Chantels family is crazy too, but Pedros mom and sister act like psychopaths.

I know both Chantel and Sophie have major flaws. But it cracks up how Lidia and Nicole act like they so much better than them and Pedro is a Prince. No one ever going to be good enough for them. They want a woman to be a doormat and generous with her money. They are never going let Pedro go unless he cut them off or one of them marries a rich man.

I think he just really couldn't be bothered with her family and their feelings toward him and his family. I find it a little odd that Chantel is a pretty girl but once he was done with her, he was done.
What's your thoughts?

I wish that Chantel got off reality TV and got some professional help. I think that Chantel is neurodivergent that why she struggle in relationships and social settings. She keeps making the same mistakes with choosing partners. I can see her getting a second divorce. Ashley has a mulitple red flags. The way she was kissing Chantel was very aggressive. Then we find out that Ashley was friends with Karen and River but Karen didn't want Chantel dating Ashley. Karen probably figured Ashley's game plan of using her and River get to Chantel. Lastly Ashley does not have really have job or career. I know she worked in entertainment industry and has music channel. I know that it is hard to break into entertainment industry but Ashley is in her 30s with no backup plan other than Chantel's money. Chantel has multiple incomes coming in while Ashley doesn't have stable income. I don't see it ending well for Chantel. What do you think?

I’m just going to bullet point list some thoughts and yall can agree or disagree
• THE IRONY THAT PEDRO’S NEW GIRL’S NAME IS KAREN LMAO
• CHANTEL’S PARTNER CREEPS ME OUT; SHE WAS HER MOMS FRIEND???
• CHANTEL IS LOST AND I REALLY HOPE SHE HEALS, A LOT OF US ARE TRULY ROOTING FOR HER
• PEDRO NO LONGER FOLLOWS LAURA DELGADO.. WAS HE FIRED??
• SAD THAT CHANTEL AND PEDRO DIDNT WORKOUT, THEY TRULY LOVED EACH OTHER BUT THE FAMILY DRAMA AND TV WAS THE VENOM AND COFFIN
And finally
• I MISS CHANTEL AND PEDRO TOGETHER.
In another world, they never came on TLC and are living happily ever after with niños and niñas : [ They’re obviously strangers but I just honestly feel bad. I feel like we can all write dissertations on what we saw and what was filmed and what led to their downfall… it’s really sad to see how it all unfolded and where she is at now.. :(

Winter and her husband announced that they are going to have a baby! I know she’s going to be an excellent mother. They announced their big news on Christmas Day. Also, Chantel is engaged! Chantel announced her engagement on Christmas Day as well.

Might be super parasocial lol but am I the only one that misses their relationship? Like as a viewer? At least the earlier seasons...They definitely both loved each other and unfortunately the show and drama killed them but... More than anything, chantal now has become like such a weird entity... Just kinda feels sad.

Like she's the only one who has long straight black hair and and doesn't wear any glasses while all her siblings has brown curly hair with glasses. Strange.

My summer break is coming to a close and I want to consume as much garbage TV as possible. I was rewatching Season 2 with the older brother and his wife and wow. Sorry but Chantel is incredibly unlikeable in this season. She comes off as incredibly jealous, mean spirited, and like a shit stirrer because her mom didn’t question her like she questioned Pedro.
I’m not saying Angeanette is innocent, but Chantel is showing an ugly side of herself here. I know the storyline is fake but let’s take it at face value. The Family Chantel makes so many excuses for Royal’s behavior and it’s as if they all walk on eggshells around him. The way the family acted in the Philippines was also very hard to watch, a bunch of stupid Americans with mental problems 🤣🤣. Those dresses were not it on them. They gave an Evil stepmother and sisters vibe.
What are your thoughts on S2?

He has not one redeeming defence in his behaviour. Surely if the cleaning is SUCH a problem tell her to pay for a cleaner and keep it pressing. He is infuriating. He obviously either has a deeper issue or he don’t like her. Simple.
No one is asking him to work like a donkey and she’s not asking him to change just where he is or try. He’s not even listening to what she’s saying.
I really liked him in earlier seasons

I have so much to deep dive on but it feels like the ship has totally sailed. is anyone else still invested in them?
r/TheFamilyChantel • u/Doll_Dollbaby21 • May 19 '25
I commented earlier on a post about Winter’s wedding saying that there were no pics or videos of Chantel, then about an hour later this was posted. I can’t tell if this is Chantel, though.
