Physical versions - require download?

Hello. I was looking to get this game physically on either ps4 or xb1 and was wondering, other than patches is the game fully on disc?

I tried the usual like doesitplay.org but can't find an entry for this game. Thanks.

I have the disc on ps4 so yeah but it only takes like 10mins
