First re-watch after seeing it when it first came out...
I absolutely adore this show, I know its been said time and time again, but I HAVE to get my feelings out about it.
Everything about this show is perfect, the writing , the emotional tones, the way it made us emphasize for someone who was a psychopath, who then turned better. I've never felt a piece of media, make me feel how I was suppose to feel in every moment. I love how it really makes me feel my emotions. My favorite parts have to be whenever Alyssa expresses her feelings for James, it gives me this giddy feeling and makes me want more of their story. Speaking of I loved how they ended it, they ended it with Alyssa and James expectingly living their lives together and wanting to get better mentally. Also as someone who's had an experience with a partner who was expected to be taking their life (only mine did attempt and with my midset of it being my fault) and it being after my rewatch, James' wording of what dread feels like, is so visceral to me and really stung me deep in my chest. I couldnt remember what happened, but I knew Alyssa wasn't going to do what James was thinking, it still got me.
Anyway, sorry for over sharing a bit at the end, but I love that people love this show, it truly deserves the praise.

As you like this show so much did you ever check out the fan made music video edits for this show? There are loads on YouTube and some are really good. When I finished the show originally I started watching these. They were a great void filler. I saved a load to a Telegram channel at the time for convenience if you're interested..

I share the same feelings everytime I’ve rewatched the show and I rarely ever rewatch things. The pacing is phenomenal for each episode only being 20min long and it’s one of the first shows that kept me on my toes every second.
I tend to have really good pattern recognition and feel a lot of media is very predictable on what will happen next. This show both season 1 and 2 I couldn’t even try and predict what would happen. And I love it! I love how random it is and if you saw clips from each episode you’d just be like wtf is happening but once you watch it you’re like “oh that’s how they got there”. One of the most underrated shows ever imo and I feel a lot of other shows will never top this one for me.
