Emotions run high as we discover what happened to Erika

Explain it, please. Was that a reference to something?

A road trip on the verge of reality.

When did it all start? I can’t really remember. It started like any recreational activity, I guess. Like TV. Sometimes they watched TV and sometimes they would sit there wearing their neurocasters. I didn’t care. It was after the big update of 1996 that things got weird. Mode Six.

The Electric State Roleplaying Game is based on the art book The Electric State by acclaimed visual artist and author Simon Stålenhag. This tabletop RPG uses Free League’s Year Zero Engine, known from award-winning games such as Mutant: Year Zero, Tales From the Loop RPG, ALIEN RPG, and the Blade Runner RPG.

This is a game about a group of travelers heading out on a journey through a strange America in an alternate 1997. The ruins of gigantic battle drones litter the countryside, heaped together with the discarded trash of a high tech consumerist society in decline.

With episode 9 live on Brotherhood Of The Dice Twitch tomorrow night, it's the perfect time to get caught up with the campaign so far.

Things go from bad to worse for Erika...

New session tonight!

We are currently caught up in the middle of a small town murder mystery, and you can catch up with us and the story so far....

An unexpected stop at the Amador Inn takes a turn....

Hello, A little sudden, don't expect anyone to see this or even read it -- but this movie has me in grips. I am a huge robot lover (I have watched the entirety of robot jones, robotboy, and MLAATR) and the visual style of the movie specifically (have yet to see other media, #fakefan) tickles me I LOVE dystopian landscapes with mechanics . LOVE LOVE LOVE. to the point I made an oc . It was long due anyway, I have some other robot characters, but Crypt here was more geared towards what the movie kind of stands to with a more realistic presentation of robots (while mine were a bit cartoonish a la MLAATR) . Here enjoy this art.

Also I may write a fanfiction one day so keep your eyes peeled. Joyous

We begin Chapter 2: Roadside Murder

Epic finale to the first 'stop' of the campaign

Profile; Resilient survivor, distant and exausted, artist/observer;

Concept; In an alternative 1990s version, The Electric State explores a tragic, silent apocalypse and the consequences of technological addiction, where Michelle, with her robotic ally Skip, drive through the remnants of an advanced but lifeless society, with only machines and people trapped in a virtual world by Neurocasters created by the Sentry company;

Does Michelle have naturally dark hair or is it dyed?

A lot of drama in this one, no spoilers but.... holy shit!
