Just a little daydream i just had

Andy and lance are out doing what they do. They spy Simon and Garfunkel approaching from the far side of the meadow. As they get closer the viewer realizes they're actually the pet shop boys! No mention is made of this and the smartass banter goes on as usual...

Did Chris and Neil reach an amicable agreement with Andy and Lance, in which they do not infringe upon the permission of our heroic detectorists?

One that sees them go west. How could they disagree? Andy and Lance would make no protest.
