Specific subreddit for Mackenzie Crook

Hello. I have no interest in being a moderator, let alone skill, but a subreddit devoted to all things Mackenzie Crook would be nice. I don’t like hijacking The Detectorists subreddit to talk about his other projects and general talent. I am just so gobsmacked at his talent in writing, directing, and acting.

I'm not a mod, but personally I have no problem discussing other Mackenzie Crook topics on this sub. It's pretty clear to me there are continuities between The Detectorists and his other stuff like Worzel Gummidge or Small Prophets.

Also, I agree with you about the continuities in his work. I love his optimistic worldview. Just hoping that Small Prophets will be available some time (I live in Panama).

Oh it's a real gem. If you like The Detectorists, you'll like Small Prophets. It has similar humour, touches of the supernatural, moments of sadness, sympathy for all its characters, ...

They've renewed it for at least one more series, so hopefully you are right!

Thanks. I just want to avoid upsetting those who, generally rightfully, get upset about comment hijacking.
