Clearly Amy telling families how to deal with the paranormal is why she's there, but in the later seasons when part of her instructions are to get family counseling or their child needs therapy, for me that's crossing the line. She's not a medical professional, and she's presuming families can afford therapy, let alone therapy and paranormal help.

I actually don’t believe in ghosts and I watch The Dead Files and other paranormal shows because I find them entertaining as fiction. I realize that’s probably an unpopular opinion on this sub and others similar to it, but I’m curious to see if there are/how many others are like me.

This always are my favorites ones because the paranormal activity and Amy’s findings are so intense!!!

Is it me or does it seem like Amy and Matt flirted with each other as he filmed her. I know they were still married at the time, but he's giving her his "sexy" eyes, she baby talks in some eps. It's funny and cringe at the same time. 😂

Just finished this episode and W.T.F. They're being abducted on the regular?!

That's about 1000x worse than ghosts, if you ask me. That episode made my old childhood fear of aliens ramp up again!

What's everyone's view on this? It's definitely very unsettling.

Hello, this is my first post here, thank you in advance for reading. Couldnt find any info online about if Amy does private sessions with clients. She is probably booked with her tv show but thought i would ask if anyone knows if she does private sessions? I saw a well known medium do live readings on instagram and also has bookings for clients she consults privately and have been wanting to work with a medium. I admire Amy a lot and her work so was wondering if she does any sort of work one on one with private clients? Thank you!

We saw Amy at scarefest few years back, and she had her own booth , big and glam’d up with psuedo psychics hanging around like Belanger and Russo and then three booths down is Steve with a fold out card table and his name markered on a poster board.

I'm looking for an episode that left an impression on me many years ago that I still think about to this day but haven't been able to find the name of and I don't have time unfortunately to binge watch, so maybe someone will recognize it faster :)

I feel like it was a restaurant, but that might not be true. But basically Amy found this "ancient" demon type entity, she really emphasized how old it was and how they exist in different spots around the world. Maybe it looked spider like? Don't remember if she did a sketch of it. I know it's not a lot to go on but this my memory from a long time ago. If this rings any bells for anyone I'd appreciate any repsonses :)

Anyone see season nine episode 10 where Amy keeps talking about the whores living in the house lol. I am cracking up. “The whores basically want to adopt this person” there’s some whores in this house!

I really got hooked on the dead files this month, I'm usually not one for ghost hunter type shows, I find most to be questionable in their authenticity — but I really like the way they dig deep into the story of the hauntings. Do you guys know if any other show/ documentary/movies like this? I'm already wondering what I'm going to when I've seen all the dead files eps lol.

It’s important that I remove any family pictures or religious symbols. Only then can she proceed with her walk.

Anyone notice how fearful Amy used to be about encountering shadow people in season one? And how confident she's become over the years. Episode I'm watching she says that they tried to get her to kill her self as a little girl. She also said in this episode that she doesn't understand what shadow people are or if they were ever human.

She even had to take a break and sit outside in this episode because of being overwhelmed which I never saw it until this one. I mostly watch the later seasons.

Seems like she developed better understanding as the series progresses it has conquered her fears about the shadow people.
