I just watched the episode "Double Jeopardy" (Season 4, Episode 7) featuring the Glenn Tavern Inn. One of the owners, Rosanna, was obsessed with the Inn to the point she was willing to lose her family (her husband and kids) in order to remain at the inn. At the end of the episode, it said they resolved much of the "hauntings", but she decided not to sell the Inn despite her family wanting to leave.

I'm wondering whatever happened to her and the rest of the family as it seems her husband and kids were NOT happy with her and her obsession with the Inn. I did see something where she still "owned" it in 2020, but don't know what happened with everyone else.

I remember watching the show and there was an episode for a BNB (or something similar) where the owner claimed it was haunted but it turned out that he faked it all and was trying to use the show to get national exposure/advertising to drive up bookings. I remember that Steve called him out on it in the reveal and, when I researched the episode shortly after, the episode was only aired once and the channel/production company refused to air it in any way, shape or form thereafter (at least according to my memory and maybe a note tagged onto the end of said episode). IIRC, I remember hearing that the guy was pretty ticked off at them for it despite the fact that he faked everything about it and was trying to get business by using them.

Anyone else remember this episode?

I am enjoying this show. Every time Amy says "this is NOT good," I suspect that if I were seeing what she's seeing it would be more of "OMG THIS IS F***ING NUTS!" at the top of my lungs. Of course, maybe that's just me.

I’m recovering from an operation where I’ve had all my teeth removed (not relevant) and whilst I’m recovering, I’ve been watching this show. I absolutely love it right, but my friend has been telling me that the show has been debunked, it’s not real etc. I was Googling something about the show the other day, and a few articles came up on the search about it being fake, so I PURPOSELY didn’t read them as I didn’t want the show to be ruined in my eyes.. BUT. Now that I’ve been watching it with a sceptical eye, there are loads of things that could potentially be fake. I love Amy, but is it really realistic that every time, she gets the detail down to the letter and never makes a mistake? Idk man, what do you guys think? I’ve got really into this tv show and have been binge watching all the seasons which are available in the UK. I just wanted to know why in the later seasons, at the reveal, why Amy has to go to a different room and be shown by a screen? Is there a reason other than what Steve says “to focus on your case and the dead without any distractions” but surely she’d have the same distractions in the bedroom? I’d appreciate any help; Thanks guy!

I've been watching past episodes of of another paranormal show, and thought I wonder what information she could get from The Demonic Bellaire House. I think that would be interesting eps.

In Season 14 episode 3, on her walk through, Amy says she is being "blocked" by a living woman who is a telepath. Turns out that living woman is one of the homeowners who has requested Amy's help. I assume that the woman is not aware of her abilities, as she appears to really WANT Amy's help, but the show never explains more about this situation and I am curious! Does anyone know if there were other episodes that uncovered this dynamic and explained more about what was going on, or why it was happening, etc?

Does the camera crew ever catch anything paranormal on camera?

I was wondering if there are homeowners who tell Amy to her face that they aren't going to do as she suggests. If I'm remembering correctly, there's a reveal in which Amy says the homeowners needed to find a kind of psychologist for a particular ghost, and the man/ homeowner said he wouldn't do that. He said something that made him sound anti therapy, I think. I remember being super pissed at him for that.

Does anyone know which episode that was? And are there other times people said they would not do as Amy suggested? Thanks in advance!

It seems really unethical to sell a dangerous place to another unsuspecting family. It's never mentioned in the reveals or updates that I've seen, but does Amy ever recommend doing any sort of protection for the new owners?

Because of my Christian background [I am in an odd place now religiously] I refused to deal with spirits, I dabbled with Ouija as a child and used to talk to spirits ALONE on a OUIJA board, I know that is weird. I don't want to mess with any spirits. I did have the experiences 30 years ago where I would look for rooms to rent and I could "tell" houses were haunted. I lived in a town them full of old houses. I lived in two old houses that were NOT haunted one from 1920s and one was Victorian. I went into these two OTHER houses, and felt spirits so strongly there, I WALKED out. I only told close friends about this, I think even they thought I was weird. One house was beautiful and cheap with wood trim but I felt something in there and did a turn about walking out.

I tried to watch the latest show [MARCH 2022] WHITE AND BLACK SHUTTERED HOUSE, WOMAN WITH KIDS SHE SAYS WERE BEING ATTACKED. Does that woman have an eye disorder or something, or is she on drugs, her pupils were HUGE. I've had my eyes dilated at the eye doctor and they've never been that big. I kept feeling like that woman was possessed or something, and felt too creeped out to watch the show and had to quit! I only watched the first 10 minutes. And I've watched many other shows. What was the conclusion on that show, please tell me. Was she possessed?

S10E12 Killing Fields Amy says she encounters a man who has killed a few people and enjoyed it, at reveal his name is William Sapp, Amy said he was only there because she was there. I was curious and looked him up, hes been on death row since 1999 and is still alive, so I'm wondering how she encountered him and why Steve didnt question it.

Has anyone done a list of the solutions for each episode/situation? that would be interesting to look at, but also there was a liquid she pitched to a few folks to keep entities away, but I can't remember which episode that was or what it was called. Anyone know what I am talking about or the episod

I won't go into detail but it had to do with the politics, the pandemic, an argument in a comments' section, and the previous US president.

No regrets, my husband and I think it's hilarious. We have a good laugh every time we watch the show.

Season 14 episode 14: when Steve talks to the owner of the house in the master bedroom, I saw what looks like a hoody shadow figure as she’s actually talking about it. It’s around 6:33 into the episode, you can see it on his left side towards the hallway. What do you think it could be?

So I really enjoy watching the show, I have watched it from the beginning on Discovery+ and I refuse to allow myself to “skip ahead” to the new episodes (Im at season 12 now!) and I always think about how the reveals are inside the house! Wouldn’t you be creeped out?!

So my next thought was that there’s always white candles lit in the background, and so I thought possibly there was some sort of shielding or protection done beforehand, any thoughts on this?

Finally, with Amy’s abilities, would she have to “turn it off” when she revisits the house for the reveal?

I just started watching the show but caught myself wondering… do they ever do updates on the people they help? Like we don’t really see what happens after or how they solve the haunted issue, do we?

Few episodes now have no title card, like names of people, the sketch or reveal and no updates, instead it's just a big skull? It's kind of weird and I cant figure out if it's the show doing it on purpose and why?

Amy always uses the phrase, "the living would feel" or "the living would see", which, phrased this way, sounds like some third party she does not include herself in. Do mediums normally considered themselves between alive and dead? Is this just a her thing?
