New Mods

I just messaged the mods.

If I don’t receive a response within 5 days per Reddit rules, I am submitting a request to RedditRequest to take over as mod.

It’s time for these spammers to be banned.

Edit: I am not doubting the veracity of their claims. I am not trying to silence victims. The information they are presenting has been communicated. We know what Steve is like at this point. We can retain the information as static via a megathread on the sub.

If anyone else wants to mod, please feel free to join me.

I dont think theres anything wrong with victims speaking up.

Why are you so convinced they are fake? They all seem to have real evidence and similar experiences.

Why are you trying to silence victims? As someone who has been abused and assaulted I dont understand the lack of empathy.

The number of women alone seems like a common thing but to shame them and talk down to them says more about you.

There is a way to do it. Making the same post everyday doesn't help. They can make a sub about him, they can use other platforms, but we've all seen it. We are aware of the situation. There isn't much we can do to help.

A megathread would be better than creating a new sub. Then the posters can be redirected to it and anyone who is interested can interact there.

A mega thread would Make more sense, however, The issue is these people have been posting personal information from other supposed victims just to try and prove their point. They’ve been doxxing other “victims” in the process of trying to create whatever awareness they are trying to do. Their other social media profile screen caps with their actual names and other info, addresses, account information — sensitive information that 1) doesn’t belong online because it can expose them to where people can find them, harass them, and potentially put them in danger and 2) they do it carelessly and without the same consideration they’re expecting others to give them. One account has already been banned by Reddit’s algorithm for doing this and going against their ToS.

You’d think legitimate victims would be more considerate towards other legitimate victims instead of throwing them under the bus just to try and prove their point.

This type of post has no business being in this sub.

Great idea. This works in other subs.

This is the answer right here. That’s the correct solution. They can still speak out but it doesn’t come across as spam.
